Mailing list members are persons that have registered for a specific list to receive regular emails, such as weekly newsletters. If the mailing list manager that is used to administer the mailing list allows it, you can also include mailing list members manually, but in this case such messages may be accepted as unsolicited and reported as spam by the users. Generally, these mailing list members can unsubscribe from a list by clicking on a link in the messages they receive, or you, as the mailing list admin, can delete them manually if they request this or if you decide that some of the mailing list members should not belong to the list anymore. Each member will view only their email address in the "To" field of the email messages they get, but not the addresses of the rest of the mailing list members.

Mailing List Members in Hosting

The feature-stuffed Majordomo mailing list manager that is included with our Linux hosting will grant you complete command over the members of any mailing list that you create via the Hepsia Control Panel. You will be able to add or remove mailing list members by sending an email to majordomo@your-domain.com, so you can accomplish this from any place without even needing to sign into the Control Panel. If you import a member manually, they will receive a confirmation request that they need to accept, so as to be included in the mailing list. If they do that, they’ll get an email message with the list’s bylaws and features. You’ll also be able to view a thorough list of all your subscribers and to check who is getting your newsletters or any other sort of periodic e-correspondence.
